A knowledge bank is a place to collate important information about your organisation, everything from your useful reference numbers (company number, VAT registration number) to data about your service performance.
Once your knowledge bank is established, you can use it to include evidence within your bids. Evidence reassures commissioners that you can deliver on what you are offering within your bid. Without it, you are a risk proposition as a service provider.
